No — we handle everything for you. Many of our clients live abroad while their home is under construction, and we provide regular photo/video updates throughout the process.
A minimum of 10% down is required to begin construction. The remaining balance must be paid off by the time the home is completed.
We do not offer in-house financing at this time. Most clients pay in phases or bring financing from their home country.
